We specialise in parcel freight distribution to front door retailers, home deliveries and chain stores. We have two independent fleets dedicated for front door and chain store deliveries across the country. We have nominated delivery days for certain stores and distribution centres and ensure we service the stores on a frequent basis, ensuring all deliveries are on time and done within the required window period and dates.
Our highly trained Customer Services Department will adhere to and take care of all your queries and tracking of consignments at any given moment. Daily pulse reports are available at 10:00 am everyday which will indicate which of your consignments are out of delivery and another report at 15:00 pm which consists of verbal PODs (Proof Of Delivery) for that day and up to that point.
For chain store deliveries, a weekly report will be sent to a nominated person in your company updating them on all your deliveries that have taken place and are still pending.
